Speaking@Conference
If you’re not doing anything October 11th and you happen to be in the Annapolis, Maryland area, you can come see/hear me talk.
It’s called the Unified Underground and it’s geared toward sub-cultures (click here and scroll down to see my ugly melon).
I was asked to speak because of the band I was in. They say about me:
As a founding member of Strongarm, Jason Berggren is one of the forefathers of Spirit-filled hardcore.
I’m very excited about talking here. It is an honor that people still remember that old band I was in. Plus, it’s a good start to make connections for when my book comes out.
They have a whole zombie-theme going for the conference, so my talk is called, “Faith of the Living-Dead.” No, I am not talking about eating more brains.
I am, however, talking about how to keep your faith alive in an existence that works daily to kill it (both from outside influences and internal battles). If faith is to survive it (you) must learn how to bring it back to life.
IT’S ALIVE!!!
