VIDEO: Get Ready To Hate Christians By Watching The Praise Brothers
Yes, I am a Christian. But I am not oblivious to the silly things Christians do. Take the “Praise Brothers”, for example. They are two middle-aged white guys from Kentucky who once had a public access show in which they ‘rap’ about Jesus. No, this is not a joke, but it is ridiculous.
So here there are for all the world to see. Anyone who can watch the whole things deserves an award.

I love the opaque white Jesus at 3:22 really cements the whole message for me. I’m all for well meaning Christians looking to use creative means to communicate the Gospel, but some fellow believer really should have given them some counsel on this.
Many many years ago I had a running joke about making porn that featured all married couples. I’d call it “White Porn” and it’d be okay since everyone was married. Although mine was satire, this isn’t that different. But the difference is, they did it (no pun intended).
Cannot be real…God help us all.

Other than the fact that they haven’t been incinerated by lightning?
I have no proof. I suppose it could be a gag. But I don’t think so. It’s just too bad for that. I did have a guy who lives in Kentucky this morning saying he knows them and they were great guys. They wanted to be like DC Talk. So I think it’s legit.
