I watched the Grammys last night.

Oh brother!

I just can’t stand the pretense and nonsense.

From the napkin dress that Jennifer Hudson wore to Coldplay winning best rock album. Coldplay? I LOVE Coldplay but that’s just plain pop.
What about Death Magnetic by Mettallica? And let’s not forget Al Gore winning Best Spoken Word Album. Come on! That’s best we can do? I’ll take a reading of Harry Potter any day.

I just get so annoyed how the entertainment industry seems to just want to impress and glad-hand each other. I think I might be turning into an old man. I was sitting there watching it with my wife yelling at the tv things like:

What is she wearing?

You call that music!?

These kids need to just get a real job!
